Bear Meatloaf * 2 lb ground meat * 1/2 cup milk * 2 eggs * salt and pepper to taste * 1/4 tsp. thyme * 1/4 tsp. oregano * 3/4 cup tomato sauce (I used mashed ground cherries) * 1 cup onion, minced * 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard * 1 cup bread crumbs * 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped * 1 small can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms (wild morrels good too) Bake at 350 until done (about an hour). when it looks close to being done, maybe 15 minutes, I spread either BBQ sauce or ketchup over the top.
