Blueberry, Strawberry and Cucumber Compote From: Ela Younger Date: Thu Jan 27, 2000 7:04pm * 1/3 cup brown sugar * 1 cup sour cream * 1 pint blueberries, washed and stemmed * 1 pint strawberries, washed, stemmed and cut in half * 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch pieces borage flowers Combine brown sugar and sour cream.
