You just put down EVERYONE of the founding fathers that put the 2nd amendment into the Constitution, and everyone that fought for this country during the revolution. Those arms and weapons were PRIVATELY owned. You owe your lofty exsistence to guns. The people did it to themselves willingly. The state gun laws are the second toughest only to Il. If you don't like the term socialist, deal with it, the truth hurts. You actually have to attempt to live your life as close to what you know of the Bible. A few things I know: As the man in the family it is my duty to protect, defend (can you say have a gun?), and to provide for my family. As my wife, she is to keep the house and tend to the kids. That means she's responsible to make sure they are learning what they need to learn, and to make sure there is food in the house. ( yes ladies, that means you get to bitch out your hubby when there is no food. So he has to get off his ass and go kill the pizza.) And ladies, I'm gonna get negative feedback on this one, but the "manual" for kids that every parent wanted? Was supposed to be handed down by the mother to her daughter. Thats how humanity survived up to this point. This system worked. No, not everyone was happy, but you had a house, had food, you know who to blame when your kids messed up, you had control over your own future.... Keep reading, it gets better, and will hopefully make since..=| Now I have a few problems that go directly back to the greed of the corporations in this world, and yes that has also over flowed into our government. Corporations have been the bane of the american people since this country was founded. And as of 2009 its gotten so bad, that the american family, regaurdless of religion, can't survive. Unless your at the top of a company, your most likely working a lot of hours for bad pay. This means your probably having to do overtime, or working nights so you cant be with your kids, and what really pisses me off, working weekends. Now, the greed rolls down to us the consumer in the price of the products we buy, and the ad culture and that tells us what we have to have to be popular, hip, you know, the status symbol crap. Well to afford the rising cost of goods, the moms started feeling the need to get jobs, after all, they wanted thier family happy, it was how they were raised. Ok now this caused a few things, #1 The kids weren't being watched like they needed to be, and every mom out there knows what I'm talking about, kids are a 24/7 job and the pay sucks. The school work started slipping and value structure started to slipping, all because mom wasn't home. and what does that cause? CONFLICT in the home. Conflict in the home is usually why people start affairs, start using drugs, start drinking, etc... if a child is raised in this enviroment, they learn from the parents bad behavior. Then guess what, they think its ok, and the next generations learn the bad habits. Honestly, look around and tell me I'm wrong. OK, the people tried to fix this, that is why the EVIL unions were started, they wanted decent wages for the work done. Meaning they didnt want to be slaves to the company. In those times the factories set up towns outside the factory on factory land, so you paid rent to the company, you bought food from the company store, you went to a company church. You got a paycheck, but you were lucky to not owe the company money on payday because of this awsome thing called credit (I really hope you caught the sarcasm). It got bad enough the workers started striking, the government got a man named Pinkerton (founder of the Secret Service) to break the strikes. Yes the men had to use those evil firearms to protect themselves. Agreement were usually made, but people sometimes died. But over the decades, the unions pushed a little to far, the pocket books of the people have gotten fat, but most of the companies have made a succesful bid to make the unions look bad, and sometimes that is very deserved. But it is why you have a minimum wage, overtime rules, safety rules. A few good things came form all this. I can keep going, but now I'm going to look at what happened on the government side of things. Before 1900 the government was pretty good about staying out of the peoples way. But the lobbyist started getting the people they wanted elected, which caused a few problems, a centrilized banking system that got out of control and caused the "Great Depression", which caused the first welfare systems, that awsome IRS agency was written into law, etc... All this together worked very slowly working to get the country back on its feet, but a war in Europe started and our county's infrastructure got a much needed boost building product on a war footing. But the war ended, and there were not enough jobs for everyone to come back to, so the women got fired so the boys coming home could work. Well, we turned the production lines back to cars from tanks, but the corporations werent making any money anymore, they got greedy off the war money. Using the UN they made some profit off the Korean war in 50-53, played up the cold war so badly that Russia was willing to try and nuke us only 7 years later during the "Cuban Missle Crisis", Kennedy refused to take us into French Indo-China (why should we die for France again, we already saved thir asses twice), but hey 3 bullets and a bad cover up and we went to Vietnam in 64. The CIA was busy making enemies in IRAN and Afganistan in the 70's and 80's, and we out spent USSR so bad that they desolved in the early 90's. Oh yea, forgot the "War on Drugs". Damn we are out of enemies. Hey lets piss off some old alies.... We go arrest the leader of Panama in 89, because he doesn't want to take our CIA drug money anymore, We allow our democratic CIA buddy Saddam to invade Kuwait so we can waste money for 18 years and counting (damn I bet he was suprised when Jr. got pissed off about the assasination attempt on dad), and hey, our old CIA buddy Osama Bin-Laden gets implicated in he 9/11 attacks. I say implicated becasue there is still no evidence that he planned it, call the FBI an ask them what the charges are. My point? We have went to war roughly every 10 years to fund corporate greed. Yet all the monies made, hardly any of it has made it down to the little guys by way of paychecks, sure jobs were created, but they did their best to keep most of the money at the top. So, more welfare programs have been created, funded by the working american. Hey cant pay taxes unless your working right? but the more programs, the more taxes, resulting in more people that thnk they need help, it causes a vicious circle. It will not end until the corporations in america are held accountable. Now the last subject of our nefariouse nutcase from California that cant get laid.... Washington had a heck of a lot of very gifted people that placed a lot of faith in him to do what was right. Lincoln, held the country together, barely. But do not have any misguided belief that he did any thing for slaves. He proclaimed slaves free in states and territories that that had already been taken care of, and made exsisting slaves be paid, and they were, but they had no where to go, so most stayed at the former owners place and worked for the rent and food. FDR started American welfare/socialism. Kennedy, tried, he really did, his reward was 3 bullets. King tried, he got a few bullets too. His only real effect is that he gave a valid voice to minorities against racism. Racism is a problem, my personal problem is those of you, and yes I'm going to single out blacks in this statement, be a little more humble on how you deal with the problem, and quit calling everything racist, it would have for the most part went away, but in your actions, the black people as a culture are the most openly racist groups in the country now. Get rid of the attitudes and guess what, you might get better jobs, and people of all races might like being around you. Overall some things changed, but the people with money are still in power. The problem now is there are no more enemies to fight, so the War on Terror was created, I'm not saying our political leaders were behind it, but I don't think a bunch of guys who couldn't fly did it by themselves. People with power, helped, follow the money. We are at war, 4 right now, 2 idologicaly, drugs and terror, and 2 on the ground, Iraq and Afganistan. And yet our economy collapsed. There is no way to fix this problem with traditional methods. Obama..... is a politician. Who has already broken many promises, and only experience running anything was charity. He only has I think 2 terms in political office, and only got elected because the people who know how to run a campaign went for the inner city minority vote. The areas that have the highest welfare payouts per person. It's a fact. There is absolutly nothing racist about that statement, except his own peoples methods. As as for you statment calling him a world janitor..... His responsibilities are to the AMERICAN people, not the world, and he needs to focus on that. I pay taxes to go to the american people, not over seas (he pledged to double our over seas charity).
